Due to cancellation we do have some of the best salmon fishing available in Iceland in our Jökla river. In July and early August weekly catch has constantly been between 100-200 salmon in recent years and outlook is great for the coming season. The river is big by Icelandic standard and low wader is never a problem providing fantastic sport for the double hand rod with good rate of big salmon!
